Swine Flu Map to the Power of Google

CNN and other 24hour news stations were all hyping up Swine flu over the weekend. The CDC keeps a decent realist report of Swine flu without a too much sensationalism. If you are concerned always talk with your health care provider. If you would like to track the swine flu check out what people at Google maps are doing.

The basics for cold/flu prevention are:
To prevent the spread of flu, avoid contact with ill persons, also when you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your sleeve, and throw the tissue in a trash can. Remember,  after coughing or sneezing, wash your hands with soap and water, or use an alcohol-based hand gel.
If you think you are sick with flu, avoid close contact with others as much as possible, and stay at home. Seek medical care if you are severely ill like having difficulty breathing.
